TestTrick Integration with Lever

TestTrick Integration with Lever enables you to send assessment links directly to candidates from the Lever job pipeline. This integration ensures candidates are evaluated based on their skills rather than solely on their resumes. The assessments can include video assessments, coding assessments, psychometric assessments, or other role-specific evaluations, making the hiring process seamless and efficient.

Enable the TestTrick Integration

• Enable the toggle for Lever.
• Log in to Lever with admin credentials when prompted.
• Review and accept the requested permissions to complete the integration.

Enabling the webhook

After authorizing the integration, follow these steps to enable the Candidate Stage Change webhook in your Lever account:

• In Lever, navigate to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks
• Scroll to the Candidate Stage Change webhook
• Enable the webhook if it's not already enabled

Sending Assessment Invites to Candidates

• In the Fourth step of the assessment page, click the Integration tab and click Link.
• In the Fourth step of the assessment page, click the Integration tab and click Link
• Select Lever in the ATS field, choose the job, and set the pipeline stages for the candidate's assessment.
• In Lever, move the candidate to the pipeline stage mapped to Assessment Initial stage on TestTrick to trigger the email with the assessment.

Performance Reports

Once the candidate completes the assessment, you will be notified in your Lever account that a note has been added to the candidate's profile.

• Open the candidate’s profile and navigate to the notes tab.
• Click the link to view detailed assessment result of the assessment

Disabling the TestTrick integration

• Click the enabled toggle, then click Disconnect to disable the integration.
• In Lever navigate to Settings > Integrations and API
• Under the Authorized Apps tab, locate the TestTrick app
• Click Revoke access to disable the integration.
